Cleanliness

Mixed reports: several guests describe rooms as 'clean' or 'cleanish', but others note smells, 'not particularly clean' rooms and 'sloppy' interiors — overall below average cleanliness.

Service

Generally praised: many comments note 'helpful', 'friendly' and 'efficient' staff; isolated service failures (manager unavailable, cancellation dispute, strict check-in enforcement) reduce perfection but overall service is a strong point.

Location

Consistently positive: multiple mentions of central, convenient location within walking distance of station, shops and Old Town — a clear strength of the property.

Room Quality

Frequently criticized: numerous reports of very small rooms, tiny bathrooms, poor pillows, odd shower layouts and discrepancies with photos — room quality is one of the weaker aspects.

Amenities

Mixed but generally adequate: guests appreciate in-room kettle and basic amenities; complaints include unreliable air-conditioning, no car park and some awkward shower setups, but amenities are serviceable for the price.
