Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Mostly described as clean in many reviews, but notable negative reports (bedbug found in sink, bathroom falling apart in at least one stay) reduce the score.

Service

Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, helpful and attentive (assisting with coffee/croissants for airport transfer); one privacy/insincere-apology incident noted but overall service sentiment is excellent.

Location

Consistently described as very well located — close to Commerce metro, easy walk to Eiffel Tower, shops and cafés; strong positive consensus.

Room Quality

Multiple mentions that rooms and bathrooms are very small, constrained for two people, some reports of bathroom disrepair, noisy when windows opened and a security/privacy breach — lowers room quality.

Amenities

Limited amenities noted: no climate control/AC, broken ice machine reported, elevator issues for some guests and small/limited breakfast facilities.

Value for Money

Mixed signals but generally viewed as good value for location and boutique offering (several guests note good value; breakfast perceived as overpriced by some).

Terrace and Garden Views

Enjoy stunning views from the terrace and garden of the property, providing a peaceful retreat in the heart of Paris.

Room Service and Bar/Lounge

Indulge in the convenience of room service and unwind at the bar/lounge with your favorite drink after a day of exploring the city.
